What is the BD Agent Rewards Program ?

The Blue Diamond Agent Rewards program is a loyalty program where travel agents located in the U.S can earn points for booking stays at Blue Diamond Resorts.

 

What should I do if I have problems signing into the BD Agent Rewards program portal?

If you are having trouble logging into your account, ensure the correct spelling of both your email and password.

If you are still unable to sign in successfully, click on “Forgotten your password?”, enter your email and you will receive a link to reset your password.

When are BD Agent Reward points awarded?

The Awarding process can take between 3 & 6 weeks after travel dates, bookings are reviewed and, provided all the booking information is verified, approved and you earn the corresponding BD points.

What is the process for validating bookings and awarding points?

For points to be awarded you must ensure the following information is registered correctly otherwise it will delay the validation process. 

  • Did you select the correct Resort?
  • Did you select the correct Room type ?
  • Is the reservation number exactly as shown on the response from your tour operator?
  • Did you select the correct tour operator?
  • Is the check-In date correct?
  • Ensure you have registered the lead pax in the room and review that their first and last name is spelled correctly.
  • Please note that your client must check in for any points to be awarded.

 

What do I do if I have questions?

If you have questions, please log into your account and click on Message button.

 

Are there any additional features and benefits of joining the BD Rewards Program?

There are plenty of benefits to using the BD Agent Rewards portal! We offer all the knowledge possible about Blue Diamond brand and our products. You will also offer special promotions that you just can’t get anywhere else.

 

Points

How do I earn points?

You can earn points for any Blue Diamond Resort (excluding Cuba) booking with a minimum 3 night stay as per the following;

  • Per Room Night Standard --- 500 (maximum of 2500 points per room)
  • Per Room Night Upgraded --- 1000 ( maximum of 5000 points per room)
  • Per Room Night Diamond Club --- 1500 (maximum of 7500 points per room)

Please note that when you submit a booking; you will be asked to select the room type booked which will be verified prior to point confirmation

 

How can I view my points?

You can view the points earned and redeemed by going to BD page on MBR,  logging in, if not already logged in, and clicking on Rewards button.

 

How are BD points redeemed? 

You can go to BD page on MBR, log in, if not already logged in, and click on Redeem Points button to submit a redemption request.

Points can be converted to cash based on the following :  each point is equal to $0.01 for example; 5,000 points = $50.

Once the redemption request is processed (this usually takes 3-6 weeks), the amount requested is added to your MBR Balance.

You can view your MBR Balance on either MBR Dashboard or My Profile page.

 

Is there a limit to the points that I can earn in any given time period?

Easy Question. Nope!

 

Do the points expire?

Points will expire 18 months from the date they are awarded.

Cash and Card

 

How can I view my cash balance and transactions?

When you redeem your BD points for cash, the cash earned is added to your MBR Balance. You can view your MBR Balance on either MBR Dashboard or My Profile page.

To view your cash transactions, go to My Profile page and click on Transactions.

How can I request a card or view my card status?

You can check your card status or request a new card on either MBR Dashboard or My Profile page.

You will need to have at least $10 on your MBR Balance in order to be able to request a card.

To request a card, click on Request a Card.

Cards usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive. 

 

How can I load my cash to the card?

Once you have received you card, you must Register and Activate it, on the card portal, following the instructions that will come with the card.

Then you will be able, on MBR site, from either MBR Dashboard or My Profile page, to click on Transfer Money and request to transfer your available MBR Balance to the card.

The amount will be loaded to the card within two hours.

There is a limit of $8000 on the card balance.  If your card balance reaches $8000, you will need to start using your card balance before being able to top-it up, again up to $8000.

 

 

 

Are Cuba resorts included?

Unfortunately, you will not get point for any Cuba bookings. Points are only redeemable on our resorts outside of Cuba.

If I have more than one room under a booking number, do I have to register/add each room?

Yes, to gain points for all rooms under a booking, you will need to manually register each room under a booking number.

Is there a time limit to register bookings?

To earn points, bookings must be registered up to 14 days after the check in date.
